Tim is an experienced Commercial Director, having spent over 20 years managing high-value skills and employability contracts across the UK.

Jo Stone, Head of Quality Assurance

Jo spent 12 years working in Learning Disability home care before moving into training.  Since then, she has acquired 11 years of experience delivering apprenticeships in Health and Social Care and seven years as Curriculum Manager.

Jo McQuirk, Lead Assessor

Jo’s career spans three years working in Management, followed by seven years in Residential and Domiciliary Care for the elderly and six years in delivering and assessing Apprenticeships.

Carrie Grant, Assessor/Trainer  

Carrie has worked in training for four years and qualified as an Assessor in 2018, specialising in Health and Social Care apprenticeships.  Prior to this, she was the Moving and Handling trainer at a large Dementia care home in Winchester.

Kim White, Trainee Assessor and Coach

Kim has 13 years’ experience within the care industry, working with children, young adults and the elderly.  Skilled in complex disabilities and challenging behaviour, before moving into management roles.
